Over the past few months, we’ve been sharing the story behind our rebrand. We started in April with introducing you to our new brand name and logo. Then in May, we dove a little more into why we decided that now is the time to make the change—namely that we want to offer a more holistic brand identity for small, medium, and enterprise customers alike!
And now? Our new branding is officially online and we want to introduce you to what this new chapter really means. Not just in terms of look and feel — but how it reflects who we’re becoming, what stays the same, and what you can expect when it’s time to renew your subscription.
What’s Behind the New Brand
We chose the new name and identity to better reflect our mission: making wellness accessible to everyone, no matter where they’re starting from or what their personal goals are.
The refreshed branding — our logo, colors, and visuals — is designed to feel clearer, friendlier, and more future-focused. Every detail is intentional and grounded in our values. We made the shift to align our branding with our three pillars: finding balance, honesty, and moving forward. This isn’t just a facelift. It’s a recommitment to the people we serve, a clearer expression of what we’re here to do, and a fresh invitation to those we’ll serve in the future.
What’s Staying the Same
If you’re already a customer, rest assured that the service you know and trust aren’t going anywhere. You’ll continue working with our dedicated team that’s been behind the app all along, and the core experience you have come to expect will remain unchanged. Our pricing and features will also remain the same (unless otherwise communicated). We’re not changing who we are, we’re just showing up more clearly for our customers.
What’s New
While much of your day-to-day experience will feel familiar, you will notice a few changes.
- A refreshed look and feel in the app and our communications. We aim to provide cleaner, more modern messaging aligned with our updated identity.
- A brand-new website URL. Don’t worry, all existing links will automatically redirect to the right place on the new site.
New features and functionalities that we’ll be rolling out as and when they are ready. These updates are more than just a fresh coat of paint, they are part of our ongoing commitment to evolve to better serve you. We’re continuing to make improvements, and this rebrand is a springboard for future updates designed with you in mind.
Renewals: What to Expect
If your renewal is coming up soon, you’ll start to see our new name and updated branding reflected in the communications communications you receive from us—namely emails and account notifications.
Your pricing, billing cycle, service terms, and invoicing process will stay exactly the same — unless we’ve been in touch directly to discuss a specific update to your account.
