Matching your brand’s look and feel

Seeing the same color they see around the office, on company swag, and in employee newsletters is a key way that your employees feel connected to your brand identity. MoveZenGo enables full co-branding of our app by customizing the logo, header image (or banner), and app color. These customization options are available for all customers.
Your logo and header are both present on your main Event Page. This is the first screen your participants will see when they open the app; a reminder to participants they are in the right place and part of something built just for them. They also appear on the Social Feed page where both admins and participants can share updates and milestones, reinforcing the connection with your brand whenever someone wants to post or view the Feed. Additionally, having the menu, buttons, cards, etc. in your brand color heightens the sense of cohesion and belonging through the app.
Customize participant onboarding
In addition to having your header and color on the app, Enterprise customers can customize other elements during the onboarding process. This creates a branded, purposeful experience from the moment participants start engaging with your event.
On the join page, you can add custom content (including external links, images, video, etc.) to draw participants in and get them hyped for the event. You can also include custom onboarding and consent questions that align with your event. For example, you can add up to three additional questions to gather more data about your participant. These options allow you to customize the onboarding process to fit your corporate wellness goals across (global) office locations.
Make the content your own, too
Just like with your website, socials, office decor, etc., it’s important to keep your branding and messaging consistent and meaningful. With the content customization options for Enterprise plan customers, you can achieve this in a few ways.
Creating custom copy for in-app content and email communication is a great place to start. Not only that, but using wording on your action buttons that your employees can expect from you (i.e. same language used in company emails). By providing messaging that aligns with the brand your employees are already familiar and comfortable with, you’re setting the mood, shaping the participant experience, and reinforcing your brand values at every touchpoint.
On the Social Feed, you can customize the content your participants see by sharing branded photos, videos, and updates, or linking to external content and surveys that align with your event goals. Whether it’s a workout tip, motivational message, or challenge update, you can make sure every post reflects your tone and brand. Consider also adding custom copy for push notifications to share key updates and keep participants informed and engaged in real-time.
Another great way to keep your participants engaged and active throughout your Event is creating a custom virtual map. A custom virtual map can be based on virtual routes, like a map between company offices, or event tie-ins, like NASA’s map of the solar system or Lenovo’s map of potable water sources in a region of Kenya . For truly global enterprises, we’ve also made it possible to make the content you post available in all relevant languages. So, if you have offices in the US, the Netherlands, and France, for example, your content can be made available in English, Dutch, and French.
Your wins, your way
Recognition is a powerful motivator, even more so when it’s aligned with your brand. Enterprise customers can create fully customized badges to celebrate milestones and keep participants engaged. Customization includes uploading your own badge images, badge descriptions that reflect your tone of voice, and even email copy participant receive when they earn a badge. Whether you’re rewarding consistency, effort, or team spirit, each badge becomes a branded moment of recognition.
Leaderboards offer another great way to spark motivation. Leaderboards can be visible to all participants or private, and displayed to highlight individual, team, or department progress depending on your event. You can customize which leaderboard metrics you want to show, and the format to match the tone and goals of your event. For example, with a custom virtual map, you can show participants’ location to give a sense of how far they’ve (virtually) gotten.
