Ambler's Texaco Gas Station, also known as Becker's Marathon Gas Station, is a historic filling station. The station has been identified as the longest operating gas station along Route 66; it dispensed fuel for 66 continuous years until 1999.
St. Louis, Missouri
Known for the iconic Gateway Arch, a symbol of westward expansion. Visitors can also explore the historic Route 66 Chain of Rocks Bridge.
Route 66 Welcome Center Conway
The Welcome Center in Conway, Missouri, offers a nice place to take a break from driving Route 66. Inside the center, visitors can enjoy a classic Route 66 motif and access staff who provide information about the immediate area, entire Show-Me State and its myriad attractions.
